Quiet Luxury, Rural New Zealand

Sweeping farmland valleys, rolling hills, Mt Ruahepu, Mt Ngauruhoe and the Ruahine Range are the views from The Woodshed.

THE WOODSHED

Have you thought about what it feels like to truly slow down and switch off?
Perched on a Rangiwahia hilltop, The Woodshed offers sweeping farmland valleys, rolling hills, Central Plateau and mountain views.
Inside, a king-sized bed, modern kitchen, and bathroom crafted from locally milled tōtara and macrocarpa, with thoughtfully designed furniture, create a warm, inviting retreat.
Step outside to the wood-fired hot tub or sheltered fire pit, and, weather permitting, watch the stars fill the sky.
A place to pause, reconnect, and soak up the serene beauty of rural New Zealand.
Wondering what to do around Rangiwahia and northern Manawatu? If you love the outdoors you are spoilt for choice.
